Daily Duties at Wal Mart:

Make purchases of equipment and supplies needed to open building for a successful startup. Monitor and review progress of projects in order to set up and maintain a successful department. Develop and profile a successful layout of inventory locations to complete order filling process. Maintain inventory of over 7,000 sku’s and $5 million of products. Administrate and monitor associate accountability for errors, attendance and productivity. Audit boxes going to stores and coming from modules to accurately control inventory. Train and lead associates to be production and quality driven, leading them to be a first place team within the first two years. Drove standards for productivity of a Consolidated Break pack up 50% in the first two years of Sealy operation. Help corporate office develop and implement new software for use in all consolidated break pack operations. Research reports to ensure freight was received in store by walking warehouse and computer retrieval. Problem solve, delegate and follow up on tasks assigned to associates. Utilize computer skills by using Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
