Received appropriate executed documents prior to service implementation forms with complete accurate information. Acted as a liaison between Operation Units, Treasury Management Sales and clients to ensure services are implemented in a specified time frame. Monitored the timeliness of the overall implementation process to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction.
