Daily Duties at Tallan, Inc.:

Started out as a developer, moved into a role that was project manager and architect for the clients that I worked on. Worked on some projects that were only a few months long all the way up to over 2 years for a Hong Kong based client. I worked with senior company representatives all the way up to the "C" level including CEO's. Direct day-to-day initiatives of multiple, simultaneous projects, including business analysis, system design, application development, system implementation, resources and budgeting. Monitor and document progress of all projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, deliverables and costs. Assist clients in designing processes and procedures to support new systems. Manage risk assessment, issue resolution and change management initiatives. Train clients and technical teams on systems and database usage. Liaison effectively with clients, team members and vendors to ensure on-time implementation of projects. Establish and foster strategic relationships with clients. Manage teams of over 20 people.
