I managed one local and six satellite offices in all facets of loan administration for a commercial construction loan department serving the Florida Region’s Commercial Loans and Special Assets Portfolios. Handles key account portfolios for the business. Maintain staffing needs for the department. Manage a wide variety of projects, and directs staff in administration activities, such as closings, funding, draws on commercial real estate. Prepare reports to management, and supervises audits and loan reviews. I put together teams to meet strategic initiatives, trained and cross-trained employees on various functions within the administrative department. Review loans against corporate guidelines and channel delinquent items to various departments/workgroups for resolution. Provide all performance feedback and salary administration for staff.
