Daily Duties at Fidelity Investments:
Managing a team consisting of Manager, project managers, developers, testers and analysts that work on the customer service .Net thick client application. This is the front end application for all customer interaction to the mainframe and other backends. Managed budget and personnel for entire team ( up to 18 people), was accountable for all projects delivered by this team. Planned for next budget, doing estimates and project slotting for team as well managing ongoing maintenance and support budget and work. Worked closely with our in-house customers to define requirements and over all objectives of our projects to produce a high quality product that exceeds their expectations. Did a great deal of hiring on this job, found excellent project manager, developer and tester analyst resources for RI as well as new team in Dallas, Texas.
