Daily Duties at Lockheed Martin:
• Designed, developed, and maintained computer-based training modules title for the USSTRATCOM Operations Center and Command Staff personnel at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. • Managed 5-member training development team. • Managed Integrated Strategic Planning and Analysis Network's (ISPAN) customer training effort and developed the training products for each spiral release. • Managed the effort of 35 software developers in the creation of user training and on-line help source modules – surpassed company standards. • Met customer requirements specified in the SOW for each delivery and adapted to evolving customer expectations to ensure success. • Conducted planning sessions with customer representatives to identify training requirements and issues. • Developed modules for orientation, initial, and recurring elements of the Command Staff concept of operations. • Evaluated and recommended COTS computer-based training software to support training systems. • Identified optional training, including command staff display formats and data, adaptive planning, and the use of training module development tools. • Augmented government Global Command / Control System training to include development and classroom presentation. • Maintained ISO auditor / work product inspection (WPI) moderator / inspector qualifications.
