Daily Duties at Strategic Knowledge Solutions:
• Contracts and proposal writing and negotiations for multi-million dollar US Army contracts. Directly responsible for the recent $9.5 million Knowledge Management contract awards. • Managed 6-man directorate delivering Army knowledge management training in platform, mobile training, and blended learning formats. • Designed distance learning and platform instruction employing knowledge management and information management strategies across the US Army operational spectrum. • Lead effort for the U.S. Army’s initial knowledge management qualification course. • Managed the Teams of Leader effort within Battle Command Knowledge Systems / US Army. The Teams of Leader effort serves as the foundation for Decision Net and addresses joint, interagency and army organizational development of high performing leader teams. • Employed multiple software applications to create a collaborative team space which can be accessed through major Army portals. • Provided knowledge engineering support to governmental and non-governmental agencies / interagency elements. • Created strategies and tools to develop high performing Teams of Leaders – virtual teaming. • Led in the development of a handbook which can be used to train Teams of Leaders. • Created and supervised of a set pilot judgment exercises, a decision game which develops team competencies of shared vision, trust, competence, and confidence – teaming across boundaries.
