Daily Duties at General Dynamics C4 S:
• Supervise a 5-member team producing all courseware – from task analysis through design and delivery for US Army Exportable Training Instrumentation System (ETC-IS) – 35-hour operator and system administrator course. • Responsible for maintaining project schedule and budget. • Manage a training project with $800K+ budget. • Produced over eight hours (13 training modules) lesson plans developed to US Army Training Command (TRADOC) ‘new equipment training’ standards – Land Warrior system. • Interactive courseware produced on both Articulate and Flash formats. • Digital storyboard development completed for both eILT and IMI training products. • Logistics lead at all ETC-IS software and hardware design reviews (training and technical manuals documentation).
