Developed Master Assessment Plans (MAPs) that incorporated regulatory, state, local and site specific compliance and performance requirements and recommendations. Quality Program requirements for Organization & Administration, Procedures, Training, Self Assessment, Corrective actions and area specifics were divided into elements and attributes for audit planning purposes. Generated audit plans, surveillances, checklists, schedules and reports to support Continuous Quality Assessment methods. Identified strengths, non-conformance issues and areas for improvement. Developed performance trends and assigned effective corrective actions. Supported transition to an International Standards for Organization (ISO) 9000 based Quality Program.
