05/2004 - 05/06 - Provided support and technical assistance to computer users within an US Army Infantry Training Battalion for over 120 government computer systems and saved $5,000.00 for the US Army. Provided installation, network access and control and troubleshooting for microcomputers. Maintained a consistent, high quality, customer-focused orientation when conducting business and providing services or products to clients, the general public and other external customers. Developed a counseling database compiling peer and instructor evaluations for the Infantry Officers Basic Course (IOBC) student leadership performance to evaluate students on their leadership abilities. Chosen to serve as the higher headquarters Information Manager Officer in his absence over 4 other Information Assurance Security Officers.
