Performed PC, break/fix, and hardware repair. Performed basic troubleshooting on Windows 2000/XP, MS Office, and network connectivity. Provided Microsoft Windows 2000/XP desktop hardware and software support. Used Password Sync and the Migration Automation Tool (M.A.T 5.1.2) to refresh old assets. Performed Quality Assurance (QA) inspections to ensure system had a success or failure during the migration process.
