Daily Duties at Imagesoft Technologies:
-- Managed the entire software cycle, development, building, testing, and support for two VB applications, writing new code in VB to fix bugs in legacy code including freestanding C and Java code for the purpose of processing data into Sybase database prior to input. -- Created a VB application for testing printer drivers which made it possible to identify the source of certain printer problems. -- Analyzed other programmers such as C, C++, and VB code to identify problems and implement necessary resolutions. -- Supported C, C++, Java, and VB applications that work with Sybase and Access database based archives and created tools which made it possible for the team to reduce outstanding issues by 80% with only 60% of the staff. -- Created training material for the team using HEAT database, elemental in training an entire division of the company; trained other employees to use the HEAT database and to support our division's products. -- Resolved outstanding data processing issue that had been given up on by three senior staff members over a year's time. -- Improved reliability of builds from VSS by 80% while maintaining VSS archive and performing install shield builds.
