Daily Duties at Man Tech International Sensor Technologies, Inc:
Managed 8 personnel spread throughout multiple sites within the Western Region of Iraq. Developed documentation and planned and executed the fielding and conducting of New Equipment Training (NET) in support of C4ISR Systems and Equipment. • Conducted New Equipment Training (NET), installation and troubleshooting of the Base Expeditionary Targeting Surveillance Systems-Combined (BETSS-C). Trained Soldiers on the use of elevated persistent surveillance (EPS) in support of intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) needs throughout the South West Asia Area of Operations. Assisted the Program Manager in the building of partnership relationships with the customers. Took a leadership role in meeting the team's commitments to the Program Manager. Assisted in the development of MBOs for team members that are linked to customer results. Schedule the travel of personnel moving in and around the theatre of Iraq and also assists with the movement of personnel in and out of the Southwest Asia area of operations.
