Promoted to manage day-to-day operations with accountability for process/cost improvements, resource management, accounting, HR, tax, payroll, financial services, and risk management. Oversaw member-only RV reciprocal camping program and government business. Supervised six direct reports and 700+ indirect reports during peak season. Tracked and managed profitability goals in preparation for company buyout. Reported to President, Board of Directors, and Executive Committee for acquirer company.
