Daily Duties at Dentsply:
Manage a full line of equipment, injectables, implantable and consumables to surgeons, dentists, hospitals and teaching instituions. Sold certain products through distributors. Heavy procedural based selling. Required to take 2 selling classes a year. Helped launch several new devices to Orthodontists and Oral Surgeons. Helped develop marketing peices for field tests before product launches. Manage team for 1 month while manager out. Mentored new hires, Interviewed candidates and conducted field reports.
