Software applications supported include: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Carpe Diem, Time Trax, and Windows Interwoven, Desk site, Mail site, and Delta view. Provided 10% Desk side visits to end-users and working knowledge of Network/local printing, Remedy, Internet Brower applications, Desktop Support, Windows NT, 95, 2000, XP, Vista, BlackBerry devices , Remedy, VPN/Citrix (Citrix Server), RSA (RSA Console), Government proprietary applications. Remote Desktop Control, Printer and Symantec Virus Detection.
