Provided 10% Desk side visits to end-users and working knowledge of Network/local printing, Remedy, Internet Brower applications, Desktop Support, Windows NT, 95, 2000, XP, Vista, BlackBerry devices , Remedy, VPN/Citrix (Citrix Server), RSA (RSA Console), Government proprietary applications. Remote Desktop Control, Printer and Symantec Virus Detection.
