Educate both buyers and sellers on the legal - and emotional - process of buying and selling a home. Facilitate purchases and sales of California real property through contracts. Market properties to the public in order to obtain the highest sale price. Create and manage unique marketing campaigns to generate leads. Negotiate the best price and terms for the client I represent.
