Daily Duties at Net.America:

Effectively respond quickly to customer needs in a high volume helpdesk call center environment providing instructions to U.S. Housing Urban Development (HUD) Multifamily Housing end users in resolving problems on the first call (100% telephone) to a customer base of 80,000. Provide instructions to end-user on system functionality for viewing tenant benefits information in making rental subsidy determinations under Multifamily Housing Programs. Serve in a Supervisory capacity in assisting the Helpdesk analyst to resolve customer issue(s) with a level-headed attitude to work patiently with irate customers to diffuse the customers’ anger with a resolution to their issue. Prepare correspondence to escalate to the HUD Developers for guidelines on new software releases, processes, procedures and system upgrades. Responsible for ensuring all contractor tasks and deliverables are being performed in accordance with the contract, task order and quality assurance standards. Publish Question and Answer documentation for training purposes, procedural instructions and templates to decrease the extended telephone sessions with customers by 15%
