Daily Duties at United States Marine Corps :
• Perform duties as Government Credit Card Coordinator acting as the liaison between Bank of America and Marine Corps Base Albany, GA. • As Agency Program Coordinator monitor over 1100 accounts. • Simplify methods of accomplishing daily tasks for travel staff. • Instruct travel staff on the use of new protocols and systems. • Suggest methods of production and processing which increase employee productivity and morale. • Maintain tracking systems for incoming and outgoing official documents. • Perform general office or program support duties such as preparing, receiving, reviewing and verifying documents. • Processing transactions, maintaining office records; and locating and compiling data or information from files and other data sources. • Follow tasks, methods, and procedures previously established in published or oral instructions and covered by established precedents or guidelines. • Maintain accounts by reviewing documents to verify accounting data as necessary, entering data into ledger and balancing. • Reconcile accounts by comparing balances with related data to ensure agreement; reviewing records and source documents to identify the sources discrepancies; and determining the entries required to bring the account into balance. • Verify the accuracy of accounts and adequacy of supporting documentation.
