Daily Duties at Nestle Usa:
Managed all NCE activities with responsibility of AM, PM, FI, and ET Pillars for Franklin Park, Itasca, Burlington, and Bloomington, Illinois Plants. Coordinated the development of NCE Preparation Phase Plan, tracked progress against the plan and led issue resolution, including Gap analysis and adjustments to plan. Additionally, coordinated development of the NCE Master Plan, monitored progress and status of issue resolution against Master Plan and implemented monthly and quarterly reviews of both pillars and departments progress in their NCE Plans.
