Daily Duties at Wachovia Securities, Llc:
Worked closely with 3 Financial Advisors ranging in industry experience from 3-25 years with approximately $62 million dollars in asset management. Performed all administrative functions to maintain client's accounts. Provide clients with market quotes; opened new accounts including Retirement accounts, Outside Managed accounts, and Discretionary Accounts, etc. Other duties include processing payments, determining availability of funds and method of transfers. Issuing of checks and/or handling ACH/ Fed Funds. Processed automatic distributions establish and maintain filing and record keeping. Created/maintained spreadsheets in excel as well as Profit and Loss statements. Aside from resolving somewhat complex client issues, on a regular basis I completed specialized administrative work in the area of Rule 144/insider sells, buys, and options financing transactions.
