Completed Transitional process for an Independent Advisor. Responsible for obtaining client signatures, opening all new accounts, tracking all required documents and ensuring that all requested assets transferred into the receiving firm. Created and maintained internal compliance reports, responsible for tracking any CE/Ins credits required to maintain FA/Branch Manager Licenses. Created and maintained all files, via paper and scanned files for both the client and the branch. Scheduled all appointments for primary FA, entered all cost basis from transition, ensuring that all requests are accurately completed and maintained client satisfaction
