Mr. McClellan managed the development of information resource management policy and practices. He led daily operations of the Information Management and Human Resources Division. He was responsible for the planning, coordination, and supervision of all personnel and managed the Security Program. He served as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Director of Logistics on issues affecting the enlisted force. With limitless energy and supervisory skills, he transformed an unresponsive and problematic Division into one marked by improved customer service support and streamlined processes.
