Daily Duties at Ibm:

• Managed client relationships at C- and VP- level to define and successfully deliver business and technology strategies and to implement ensuing solutions across matrixed global organizations. Efforts resulted in development of thought leadership and generated $1 million per annum in signings. • Directed technology strategy and IT alignment projects ($500k per) leveraging best practices, Web Services, and SOA to achieve strategic business transformation. Projects focused on technology strategy to leverage evolving e-commerce and digital technologies for successful business transformations. • Developed and ran PMOs for multiple clients providing capabilities ro prioritize and manage technology processes and spend. PMOs enabled a rapidly growing insurer to transform to a technology-driven business and enabled an extensive process redesign to support a shift to high-security government manufacturing. • Created comprehensive business-driven technology strategies that provided roadmaps (blueprints) for successfully leveraging evolving technology to advantage new markets and to improve media (television and internet) client sales revenues. Strategies included business models, IT architectures, future-state processes, organizational models, business/technical requirements, software selections, and workplans. Clients launched expanded multi-media services, new payment models, and new technologies based on recommendations. • Assessed and recommended business and technical strategy for a commercial product suite through analysis of competitive positioning, service tie-ins, qualitative and quantitative evaluation of potential opportunities
