Daily Duties at Sri International Sarnoff:
Senior point of contact for 10 personnel spread throughout the Operation Enduring Freedom Area of Operations. Provide technical assistance during system development, testing and installation of software in the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside of Contiguous United States (OCONUS). Train trainers, operators, field service representatives, administrators and battle commanders and handles escalated issues on the Standard Ground Station TerraSight 3D Visualizer. Provide weekly reports analyzing number and cause of issues being reported and a trend analysis of the issues. Receives and troubleshoots returned computers and hard drives. Installs and updates software and patches, as needed. Troubleshoot hardware, software and wireless networking systems. Travel and work at remote locations in the United States and internationally, in combat zones.
