Daily Duties at Tbg West:
Hold multifaceted responsibilities to configure, install and administer TBG West network infra- structure and telecommunications systems. Established new IT policies which defined acceptable use of IT assets within the company. Fulfill administrative responsibilities including the addition and changes to end user desktops, email and VOIP accounts. Install and configure servers including RAID 1 & 5 arrays in addition to facilitating backup and & restoration using Microsoft Data Protection Manager. Configure and monitor the status of printers utilizing Microsoft file and print services. Actively provide desktop, configuration and phone support for telecommuting office personnel.
