Daily Duties at Boston Beer Company:

• Utilize data to effectively identify opportunities, distribution gaps to focus on factors that drive sales volume; Create target specific action plans to present to the wholesalers and sales force. • Train and coach all new hires of BBC on products, conducting effective staff educations, staff and wholesaler incentives and executing promotions. • Train sales staff on pricing and programming strategies at retail, BBC selling strategies, effective promotional activities, and execution of local brand plan and national programs. • Integral cross functional role between Brand development, District Sales Managers, Wholesale Managers, Marketing Managers and Salespeople. • Ensure all New England events, campaigns, messaging and communications are fully aligned with brand strategy, business plan objectives and current national campaigns to drive sales. • Created custom local marketing efforts and creative pos projects, beer and food pairing dinners, locally sponsored events, and other promotional affairs.
