Daily Duties at Ch2 M Hill Companies, Ltd.:

Highly skilled in professional correspondence composition for top-level executives with minimal instruction or from dictation. Confidentiality and professionalism are my standard operating procedure. Liaison between executives and their staff, maintaining open line of communication and information so entire executive staff and employees are kept informed of department activities. Managing, sorting, distribution of email and hard-copy correspondence as well as receiving visitors in a professional manner. Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, compiling information into meeting binders for attendees, attending meetings, taking minutes, effectuating actions from meetings. Plan, coordinate and facilitate all types of events with attendees ranging from 35 to 3,000. Very comfortable in speaking before and presenting to large and small audiences. Event planning, including all travel arrangements, hotel and meal accommodations, meeting space and entertainment and speaker engagement. Manage office, including supervising and hiring administrative staff. Also procure equipment and supplies for office and ensure office runs smoothly without service interruption. Manage special projects, utilizing Microsoft Project Gantt charts and manage cost/budgeting for projects. Meet deadlines and budgets and exceed expectations. Train other administrative staff in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Project and Outlook. Design, develop and maintain extensive hard-copy and electronic filing systems, including legal corporate records for over 250 global corporations.
