Daily Duties at Bank Of America:
Manage loan processors/administrators/servicers through pre-close due diligence, documentation, closing and servicing of all types of real estate loans (performing and non-performing). Effectively manage all aspect of loan portfolio including analysis, risk management, coordination of workflow, maintenance of loan files and covenant monitoring. Managed personnel including hiring, promotions, coaching and terminiations.
