Daily Duties at U.S. Army (Military Service):

Charged/coordinated the food service operation on military installation three daily meals for 300-350 military and civilian personnel weekends. Plus additional 150 military and civilan staff during the week. Planned meals to meet government-mandated budget and nutritution regulations. Scheduled, assigned, and supervised 8 personnel, rotating them among postions, to be train and to be perform in all aspects of the operation, emphasizing teamwork. Conducted quarterly performance evaluations. Audited equipment and materials every 90 days for accountability. Controlled food beverage, and supplies inventory. Supervised receiving and storage of all product and ensure optimum quality and minimum health hazard. Resolved problems complaints, monitored health and safety regulaion. Compliance and prepared daily reports regarding inventory, budget, equipments status, personnel, and continues training. Responsible also the planning, operations, and transportation activities. Orchestrated and planned the annual holiday meals for military and family.
