Daily Duties at Fidelity Investments:

Application owner and managed the development team and project managers that worked on the advisor.fidelity.com website and related websites consisting of 12 people. Worked very closely will all reports to grow their skills and develop as individual contributors, for our needs as well as to further their careers. Managed budget and personnel for entire team up to 25 people including managing several off and onshore vendors. Planned for next budget, doing estimates and project slotting for team as well managing ongoing maintenance and support budget and work. Working closely with my manager and senior management in business and technology to plan strategically for future. Work very closely with business unit and Fidelity architects to ensure and set standards for development in my group.
