ASSISTING THE RESIDENT MANAGER WITH THE DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS OF BUILDING.MANAGING STAFF AND CONTRACTORS.ASSIGNMENT DISTRIBUTION. WORK ORDERS- RECORD KEEPING - PAYROLL. ENSURED PROPER REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF ALL BOILERS, ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL AND PLUMBING SYSTEMS.
