Full responsibility for North American Division of Prevost. Responsible for all aspects of sales management including budgeting, forecasting, advertising, private label brands, trade show participation, and all human resource functions including staffing, directing and controlling. Full supervision of 4 outside and 1 inside sales representatives including joint calls, hiring, performance reviews
