Daily Duties at Us Army:
Strategic HR Manager for multiple +$200 million military organizations with 700 to 13,000 clients. Directed full life cycle HR support, including employee relations, talent development, employee engagement and compensation planning programs. Managed policy and procedure design/implementation, compensation and benefits, and federal/state employment law compliance. Led six international HR units serving a multi-cultural client base; drove performance improvement and change management initiatives.
