Daily Duties at Dyncorp International:
Manage team of consultants in design and implementation of HR programs and processes for a 120,000 member employee base. Coach and mentor the senior CPO on all HR issues. Manage $2.7 million budget. Design/guide manpower planning strategies, talent/leadership development and cultural change initiatives. HR project lead for organizational design initiatives and process improvements.
