Serve as the HR Division manager with oversight of all Bureau of Reclamation HR programs, including program and policy management, training, HR information systems, operational HR support, change management and employee and labor relations for 6,000 employees in 14 States. Formulate and implement the Human Capital Strategic Plan and develop business practices, succession and workforce plans to address manpower and diversity needs within the organization.
