Worked with physicians and management to identify clinical issues, and setting plans for correcting them. 2006-Present, Promoted to Deputy Radiation Safety Officer - responsible for strict compliance with NRC regulations. Work with management and team members for training in Radiation Safety. Conduct Radiation Safety Meeting and recording Minutes. 2005, Selected for setting up account in conjunction with Nagem Medical pharmacy which provided significant decrease in radiopharmaceutical budget. 2004, Responsible for opening Nuclear Imaging Department. Worked independently and also with radiology team members to pass Joint Commission Accreditation, and 3 DEQ Louisiana State Inspections. 2004, Selected to work with upper management for Nuclear and Radiology Imaging department marketing to develop brochures for imaging department
