Use SPC to identify key processes that drive operational risk, evaluate existing variation in those processes, propose and implement improvements. Result: reduce product variations. • Work closely with Sales and Marketing and R&D to develop product formulation to meet customer specifications and to resolve quality issues. Measure performance against customer requirements, aligning improvement projects to close performance shortfalls. Result: increase customer base. • Developed and insure strict adherence to the Quality System from raw materials to finish product. Monitor and resolve all non-conformances and manage the certification program
