Work under minimal direction with other senior reports analysts in handling moderately complex to complex benefit reports and research questions; seeks assistance and guidance from more senior staff when presented with new or unexpected variables. Sr. Pharmacy Benefit Analysts may perform as the primary contact for daily requests and research items and organizing work activities of team members who support internal customers. Activities may include prioritizing daily work, monitoring progress, discussing account issues, assisting others with report/research issues.
