Daily Duties at Aimco Properties:
• Manage a $50 million apartment complex with 368 units. Was responsible for overseeing the property while it was being rehabbed including all units as they became vacant and the exterior of the buildings and the grounds. • Supervising a staff of 11. Conducting safety meetings with staff monthly. • Prepare apartments for occupancy on turnover. EX: responsible for all move out inspections, move out paperwork, scheduling vendors, painters, housekeepers, maintenance staff. Having empty units turned around within time limit given by corporate. Doing final walk thru inspections prior to new move in for punch lists. • Responsible for leasing and all leasing agreement paperwork. Pulling credit reports, verifying employment and past rental history, renewal of leases for current residents. • Responsible for collecting monthly rent and all delinquent rent before the monthly cash sheet is closed out.
