Nightly handled 100+ multiple emergency and routine complaint calls simultaneously and then prioritized calls to dispatch units as quickly as possible with the correct, pertinent information. Kept callers calm while extrating the necessary information to place into calls. Trained new operators on call center software and systems when hired. Used law enforcement telecommunications systems and retrieved information regarding persons, automobiles and guns.
