Daily Duties at Nynex:
As a Universal Bilingual Representative, my responsibilities consisted of handling any billing, orders, collections, and sales concerns among the residential Hispanic community. I was also responsible for providing technical support, teaching customer service skills, and intra-company knowledge to the Bilingual Unit.
