Direct the operations for a full service for profit psychiatric hospital and a 40 bed chemical dependency facility accredited by JCAHO, licensed by the Texas Department of Health and The Texas Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse. Responsible for management of all operations, strategic planning, business development activities for the hospital system. Successful negotiation of major Managed Care/Insurance contracts and Completed critical expansion project for FY 2002.
