Contract Manager of Local government Mobile Assessment Service organized and implemented contract service providing mental health screenings / triage for Emergency Rooms, Mental Health Organizations and Outpatient Centers. Manages, administers, evaluates, controls and directs all operations related functions and activities. Oversees organizational compliance, establishes goals, objectives, standards of performance; develops operating policies and procedures; interprets company policies, standards and regulations to appropriate staff. Contracted by MHMRA to provide crisis service to a 7 county area in Central, Texas. Provides Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Services in private practice under LMSW, LMFT, NIPM
