Daily Duties at Diamond Contracting & Management Inc.:

- Created and marketed the Brand of “Diamond Contracting & Management Inc.” in 2003 as I exited the active duty world and joined the Ohio Air National Guard world. - Created, implemented and instructed all OSHA approved safety programs required on all government and commercial construction work sites. - Created veteran path into government contracts and completed various projects to include “The Miami Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Center” and “Ravenna Arsenal Lead and Asbestos abatement” Project. - Negotiated every contract over the next five years that totaled well over 7 million dollars total. - Managed branding and marketing of the company to ensure a 10% to 15% annual growth rate - Instrumental in implementing and enforcing strict office procedures that allowed timely reporting of revenue streams, expenditures, schedules, and project progress to all stake holders. - Responsible for the preparation and timely transmission of all American Institute of Architects (AIA) documentation required on all government contracts and most commercial contracts. - Responsible for acquisition and delivery of all raw material, equipment, and personnel required for project completion
