Lead online marketing, direct marketing and retention marketing initiatives with $14M budget and 43 member supporting $700M business. Lead product strategy including pricing, new product development strategy, acquisitions and product line management. Manage and grow customer acquisition, engagement and loyalty. Develop integrated online marketing strategy supporting lead generation and lead nurturing to support field, outbound calling and account management sales teams. Lead email marketing related solutions for direct ecommerce and lead generation driving continued optimization with campaign performance analytics. Lead product marketing initiatives to launch new titles focused on legal research, legal thought leadership and current trends in the legal marketplace. Lead development of social media and mobile marketing strategies to complement existing go to market strategies.
