(BREAK THIS DOWN- DETAIL OF RESPONSIBILITIES ON EACH) Worked on three teams while at Grubb & Ellis; Market Research, Leasing Associate, Investment Sales Associate.Negotiated the terms of letters of intent and developed leases for both tenants and landlords as well as offering memorandums and marketing materials.Researched and maintained a database of over 100 properties that were being marketed, under contract or recently sold in Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.
