Daily Duties at Arbola Trading Co. Val Pro, Inc. :

- Manage overall the financial, administrative, operational and legal areas of the company - Ensure company’s affairs complies with the law and relevant standards - Negotiate and execute contracts and other legal documents, and assure terms are aligned with company’s interests - Handle permits, licenses, claims, complaints, briefs, settlements, among others - Draft develop, and monitor strategic business plan, guidelines, procedures, job descriptions, key performance indicators (KPI), etc. - Manage procurement of goods from source to final destination - Assure vendors comply with corporate requirements - Coordinate and control a team of inbound and outbound professionals, provided stringent technical requirements, packaging specifications, quality control, and on time delivery - Handle technical specifications on logistics and transportation, like complex documentation, multiple modes and customs regulations - Work closely with vendors, salesmen, and customers on daily basis to determine inventory needs, market prices, operational expenses and adjustments - Investigate and analyze conflicts and complaints; provide solutions for the same, make recommendations to improve internal procedures and regulations, and assure they are solved in an early stage of development - Supervise accounting division, and monitor budget, cash flow, P&L, and BS periodically - Deal periodically with Customs, USDA, FDA, Secretary of State, County, City Hall, Embassies, international trade agencies, chambers of commerce, food organizations, and other entities - Participate actively in trade shows, seminars, and the like
