Daily Duties at Webster Bank:
• ¬Contributing to the 80% quick close percentage and 10% abandonment rate on all incoming support calls for 2 years in a row. • Successfully managing all Remedy Incident and service request tickets within Bank SLA. • Meeting expectations in performing follow up functions on all tickets and escalating all outstanding tickets to Service Desk supervisor to ensure customer service standards. • Assisting in the completion of assigned Service Desk projects/tasks.
