Tracked and monitored facility shop performance, coached teams on behavior performance improvement Provided accurate, timely and honest feedback regarding people performance and presentation Coached, monitored and tracked operational performance Ensured facilities and equipment operated properly to maintain work place safety, environmental safety, customer safety, product quality and food safety Monitored facility merchandising schemes, planogram integrity, layout integrity, signage and product presentation Managed facility retail sales growth, shrink reduction and inventory levels Facilitated new facility openings
